Designing teachers’ OC and JS model considering the triple IQ–EI–SI pattern for students

چکیده
Any educational system strongly requires teachers’ commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction (JS) apparently reinforces their organisational commitment (OC), and also OC will probably, in turn, lead to JS even more. Additionally, unilateral focus on intelligence quotient (IQ) cannot definitely nurture the scientific practical capabilities of students proportionally. Thus, simultaneous attention needs be paid emotional (EI) social (SI) along with IQ. This study aims find reasonable relationships among variables ‘OC’, ‘JS’, ‘IQ’, ‘EI’ ‘SI’ by introducing a model containing recent findings based web mining text methods considering set related components determined for each variable. Finally, it has been concluded that focusing both teachers accelerate triple competencies IQ, EI SI. Keywords: Organisational commitment, satisfaction, quotient, intelligence, intelligence;
